BrixSpark Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BrixSpark! We're committed to offering you an excellent shopping experience and ensuring your order reaches you efficiently and securely, no matter where you live.


 

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

 

Your total order receipt time is determined by our processing time plus shipping time:

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your products, conduct strict quality-control tests, and carefully package your items.

    • Typically, processing takes 1-2 business days.

    • During peak seasons(From October to December), processing may extend to 3-5 business days.

    • Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment, during peak seasons(From October to December), package will be delivered within 6-10 business days after shipment

    • If an item is out of stock and needs to be shipped from our China warehouse, your package will arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment,  during peak seasons your package will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.

    • The orders from Europe will currently be shipped from China.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50.00 USD or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $50.00 USD, a flat rate of $10 USD will be applied for standard shipping to all contiguous United States locations.


 

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

  • You can track your package within 48 hours of shipment by visiting our "Order Tracking" page (found in the navigation bar).

  • You can also sign into your BrixSpark account to track your order, or feel free to contact our customer service team support@brixspark.com for assistance.

  • We recommend adding BrixSpark to your email safe list to ensure you receive order confirmations and updates. Please also check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive a reply within 3 days.


 

4. Shipping Insurance

 

We offer shipping insurance for superior protection and safety for your valuable items during international delivery. If your parcel is reported lost or damaged after purchasing insurance, we'll reship your parcel immediately at no extra charge.


 

5. Important Shipping Information

 

  • Shipping Address Verification: When placing your order, please ensure you use the billing address and contact information exactly as it appears on your credit statement. Inaccurate information may cause your order to be held pending verification, potentially delaying your delivery. Please double-check that the zip code, city, and state are correct.

  • PO Box (APO/FPO/DPO) Addresses: Generally, we do not support shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide the most up-to-date, accurate, and detailed street shipping information, including your phone number, for smooth delivery. If an item is returned because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping and return charges.

  • Wrong or Faulty Item Received: If you find a fault with an item or received the wrong item, please notify our customer service team immediately. Please include as many details as possible, including photos of the order and the problem with the items, and we'll find a suitable solution for you.

  • Missing Items in Your Order: Due to varying item availabilities, sometimes we may not send all items you've ordered at the same time. Some of your items may arrive separately. You'll receive an email if your items are sent separately. Please check your email inbox first, and if you have any doubts, feel free to contact us.
