Please check the pictures in the link. Most light sets include a battery box, but you need to buy the batteries.
You can insert the battery first. There is a switch on the battery box to turn it on and off.
There are three types of battery box models, and the required batteries are 3*AA, 3*AAA, or CR2032 3V battery. Alternatively, you can choose to plug in a USB power supply.

No, you don't need to drill holes. You only need to remove some parts and re-install them according to our instructions.

It depends on the battery and the number of lights connected. If the battery drains, it will get dimmed until you replace it with a new one.
No, they are not waterproof. Please keep them in a dry place.
Our products are not intended for children under six years old. We recommend that all children who use our products do so under adult supervision.
Our instructions are for installing the light kit after completing the LEGO set. You need to remove some parts and install them according to the instructions.
You can check the user guide in the light set. Some tips for installation: please ensure that the wire is hidden between two knobs of the plate, but not pressed by the bricks directly. The wires can fit in between LEGO® pieces, plates, and tiles, as long as they are laid correctly between LEGO® studs. Do not forcefully join LEGO® together around cables, instead, ensure they are lying comfortably between each stud. Hide the spare wire under the bricks. Remove the side of the street light brick and hide the cables at the bottom of the building blocks. LED plates are always installed on the ceiling.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email once it has shipped. The shipping email will contain a tracking number and order information. You can track your package within 48 hours of shipment on tracking websites such as: https://www.17track.net/en, https://www.yuntrack.com/, https://ec.chukou1.com/
Once your order is received, we aim to ship it out within 1-2 business days of receipt. After shipment, you will receive a shipping email for your reference. We must prepare your products, conduct strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items before shipping. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, but shipping times may vary depending on product availability.
It depends on where you are. You can see the estimated delivery time on the checkout page. Delivery details will also be provided in your confirmation email.
Generally, we use YunExpress, J&T International, or Chukou1 courier, depending on the country your order is being shipped to, to ensure your items' reliable, fast, and safe delivery.
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. If your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. Also, when specifying shipping address information, please check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If this information does not match the delivery service's records, we may have to contact you to update it, which could delay your order.
Shipping insurance offers superior protection and safety for your valuable items during international delivery. Additionally, we'll reship your parcel at no extra charge if it's reported lost or damaged.

(2) We will not agree to cancel the order if your order has already been shipped. However, you can contact customer service to return it once the package arrives (Shipping costs are your responsibility).

Note: Defective items may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery or need repair within one year. We recommend customers keep the original packaging until the items are confirmed to be in good (unused) condition. Our customer support staff may ask you to send a picture or video to show the defect of the product and original packaging to resolve any issues.
